Rapper Tekashi69 and his former manager are being arrested on racketeering, firearms charges and Tekashi has also been facing several other chargers. Daniel Hernandez aka Tekashi69, is in custody with his ex-manager and two other former associates, also including one of his bodyguards, known as “Crippy”. This arrest was made on Sunday, November 18th, 2018 sometime at night. Hernandez’s gang is labeled as “Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods” and has gotten into reckless fights and showing reckless indifference to others safety, members of the gang were allegedly involved in robberies and shootings, including a shooting inside the crowded Barclay’s Center, and a shooting in which an innocent bystander was hit. The ATF and NYPD are involved with this case and there is a statement from ATF Special Agent in Charge Ashan M. Benedict, “The members and associates of this street gang engaged in violent robberies, assaults, and shootings. The ATF/ NYPD Joint Firearms Task Force, with members from HSI, Federal Probation, NYS Parole and NYC Department of Correction, work tirelessly alongside their other law enforcement partners to rid the streets of individuals that spread violence and endanger their fellow citizens.” Last Friday, Hernandez, stated that he fired his whole crew, including managers and canceling all of his North American shows.

Rolling Stone reported he was sentenced to four years probation in October after he admitted he used a 13-year-old child in a sexual performance. He was sentenced to one year of probation after he pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge in connection with an assault on a police officer in May. Documents received by TMZ states that “some of the charges Tekashi has been indicted on and why prosecutors want the judge to deny him bail. Prosecutors say in April, Tekashi waited in a car outside an NYC office building and recorded while his manager and other associates robbed some of Takeshi's rivals. The incident where shots were fired at Barclays Center is also detailed and describes earlier in the night, Tekashi was present while someone from his crew fired multiple shots at another vehicle.

Finally, the docs describe an incident in July where Tekashi allegedly ordered a hit on a rival a move that left one person shot in the foot.” All 4 men are facing racketeering and firearms charges. We're told the investigation was a joint effort by ATF, NYPD and Homeland Security. It's interesting, Tekashi was on "The Breakfast Club" just last week and admitted he only feared two things… God and the FBI. Tekashi is mostly known for a single of his called “Gummo”, which hit Billboard's Top 50 in the United States and several other countries in 2017. Tekashi is releasing his new album “Dummy Boy” later this week on the 23rd. Will this be the last album we see from Tekashi69?
