"Demons Protected By Angels" is the project announced by NAV on June 27th on his Twitter.
On June 20th, he also tweeted about July 29th, but he did not reveal more details about that day. Since then, July 29th did not feature his album release, but a new single instead titled "Never Sleep" featuring Travis Scott and Lil Baby.
NAV didn't release new music from his first studio album "Good Intentions" in May 2020 and mixtape "Emergency Tsunami" in November of the same year. "Good Intentions" debuted at No.1 on Billboard 200 while "Emergency Tsunami" debuted at No.6. So NAV's release of "Demons Protected By Angels" this year is worth waiting for.
In addition to his own music works, NAV has also collaborated with other artists such as Rowdy Rebel on "Jesse Owens," Lil Gotit on "Burnt N Turnt," and Vory and Yung Bleu on "Do Not Disturb."
Stay tuned for more information on "Demons Protected By Angels", as the project will most likely be released soon.
