After six years and two months in prison, Bobby Shmurda was finally released in February 2021, but he hasn't released any albums.
Bobby's fans are waiting for him to comeback with a big project. They also showed that they wanted more than just singles.
Perhaps because he couldn't keep it any longer, Shmurda wrote a post on his Instagram and then deleted it not long after. The content of his post is a message to his fans out there to let them know that Bobby is bound by the record label he has been affiliated with since he was 19 years old.
He asked his fans to name a label that still signed with the artist even though the artist was in prison for 6 years. This is what Epic Records did to Bobby though he wanted to leave.
Bobby also revealed that his album was ready to be released but the label still holds it. He is desperate to send a message to his fans. He still feels like he's in prison and needs to be free.
